Questions

Is there a contract?: No. Pay monthly, or annually for two months free.
What counts as a seat?: A staff login: dispatcher, accounting, safety, sales or owner. Portal users are not seats.
Do drivers pay?: No. Drivers, carriers and shippers use the portal and the driver app free, without limit.
Can I switch from ITS Dispatch?: Yes. Export your customer report and import it. Your load numbers stay the same.
Where is my data?: AWS Canada (ca-central-1), encrypted. You can export it any time.
Do you move money?: No. Notoro tracks payments. It never holds or transfers funds.
What happens to AI drafts?: A person approves every outbound message unless you whitelist a specific template.
