Switching from ITS Dispatch
Notoro imports the customer report that ITS Dispatch already lets you export. Loads, customers, carriers and invoices come across with the same load numbers, so the month you run both systems side by side reads the same in each.
Four steps

Export the customer report
Run the customer report export in ITS Dispatch for the date range you want to bring over. One file is enough; a year of history takes a few minutes.

Import it
Upload the file in Notoro. Loads, customers, carriers and invoices are created with their original numbers. Duplicates are detected, and every imported row is tagged with its source so you can tell them apart.

Run in parallel
Keep both systems for a month. Re-import at any point; rows you have already brought over are skipped. Your load numbers keep counting from where they left off.

Switch
Stop entering loads in the old system. Nothing needs re-keying and nothing is lost: history, customers and carriers are already in Notoro.
A board a dispatcher already understands
The dispatch board carries the information a dispatcher expects in the order they expect it: load number, customer, pickup, delivery, carrier or driver, status, and the money. Column order and workflow terms follow what dispatchers already use. Everything a dispatcher did before is at most as many clicks away, usually fewer.

- Loads with original load numbers, stops, dates and status
- Customers and their contacts
- Carriers and their contacts
- Invoices, with amounts and dates
- Sales rep on each load, for commissions
What does not
- Documents (PDFs) are not in the report; keep them where they are, or email them in and they file themselves
- Passwords and user accounts; each user gets a fresh sign-in
