A day in the life

Morning board
Loads by status, trucks by availability. Red rows first. The dispatcher works the queue, not the phone.

Assign
Pick a driver and a unit. Hours, defects and expiring papers show before the assignment goes through. An out-of-service unit cannot be dispatched.

Documents arrive
The driver photographs the BOL and the POD in the app. Fuel receipts too. Each one lands on the load or the trip, read and filed.

Exceptions
Not arrived at pickup, tracking silent, detention accruing, a document missing at delivery. Owners and clocks, one screen.

Invoice and settle
Invoice the customer with the POD attached. Settle the driver by mile, percentage or flat, with fuel advances and deductions itemised. IFTA comes out of the same trips.
